N*Anticchia
N * Anticchia from 2005, was the first wine produced on Etna and is the result of the selection of the best grapes of the three vineyards. The name is a very beautiful word, which means a "little", widely used in the common speaking of the Sicilians. N * Anticchia represents the essence of what is my interpretation of Etna and the centenary Nerello Mascalese, the vine Prince of this magical area. Limpid, like water from a magical spring, and is rich in mineral notes thanks to the centuries-old lava torrents from which it comes. It has light fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry. Reveals velvety tannins, elegant, complex and has a persistent aftertaste. It is refined, extremely delicate, characterful and sophisticated. It reaches its best expression between 5 and 15 years of aging.

Pairings
N*Anticchia goes well with many dishes of a different nature. Suggested pairings with rustic dishes of the Sicilian tradition are recommended, but it is also suitable for more refined foods (lamb, vegetables, truffles, less delicate fish dishes, porcini mushrooms, white meats and lightly cooked red meats, toasted hazelnuts and hard cheese such as comté, gruyere, pecorino cheese and good Parmesan cheese).
